Position Classification: Book Keeper

Department: Office

Salary: $10/ hour

Location: Cusseta, AL


Position Summary

As the book keeper this is a company for if you are a detail-oriented, well organized, and proficient in QuickBooks.


Essential Functions

- Payroll

- Bank Deposits

- Invoicing new and current clients

- Collection calls on late paying clients

- Balancing general ledger by reconciling entries

- Working with the Office manager to ensure all company bills are paid

- Maintain all company records and bills


Job Requirements

- Quick Learner

- Korean Bilingual

- Minimum 1 years job related experience preferred

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of coursework in accounting preferred

- Self-motivation and ability to work with little direction

- Excellent oral communication and listening skills

- Computer literate in Microsoft products, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

- Prefer SAP experience

- Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as required

- OT required as needed
